These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RunwayMotion and related services available at runwaymotion.com.

RunwayMotion provides an AI-powered fashion video generation service that allows users to upload inputs, generate preview videos and full videos, and manage credits and billing.
You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or policy-violating content. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass restrictions, abuse credits, or reverse engineer protected systems.
You are responsible for content you upload, prompts you submit, and outputs you use. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use submitted content and that your use of outputs complies with applicable law.
RunwayMotion uses a credits-based billing model. Every user currently receives 1 free preview per day, and unused free previews do not roll over. After the daily free preview is used, preview generation currently consumes 3 credits and extending to a full video currently consumes 10 credits. New registered users may also receive a one-time 15 credit sign-up bonus. Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Creem). Your payment method details are handled by those providers.
If generation fails, consumed credits may be automatically refunded back to your balance. If a failed preview used your daily free entitlement, that free preview may be restored. Completed jobs are not refundable by default. See the Refund Policy for details.
We may update features, models, pricing, policies, limits, or availability over time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud, payment issues, or legal risk.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunwayMotion disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of RunwayMotion is ordinarily resident, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
